No. We are a full service Mail House that has the ability to help you every step of the way, but if you prefer to provide your own artwork, your own print or even your own list, we will be happy to take it from there. All of our services can be purchased individually, or we can provide you a turnkey price for your project.
There are several differences including content, postage costs, preparation, and delivery speed. Personalized items (statement of accounts, notices, etc.) cannot be mailed as Presorted Standard; they must go as First Class Mail. Presorted Standard is used for mailing generic items (newsletters, advertisements, etc.).
Nonprofit groups can apply to the USPS for approval to mail at nonprofit postage rates. This class of mail is discounted Standard Class Mail with the same delivery service. No. Metro Mailer has helped clients mail as few as 30 pieces. However, to receive discounted postage, the USPS requires a minimum of 200 pieces for Presorted Standard or Non-Profit Mail and 500 pieces for First Class Mail.
We offer Resident/Occupant, Consumer, and Business lists. Resident/Occupant lists use zip codes to pull full saturation carrier routes. We can also use your address to pull a radius list. Examples of Consumer List criteria include: age, income, gender, dwelling type, and presence of children. Examples of Business List criteria include: number of employees, business volume, or year established. Call us today, and we’ll provide you with a FREE list count.
We handle a variety of data formats. Common data files include: .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .txt, and .dbf just to name a few. We do not support lists in Word documents or PDFs. If you have a question about your file, send it over and we’ll be happy to look at it.
Typically we like to have a space of 4 inches x 2 inches for addressing purposes. If you would like specifics or a template for mailing, please contact us.
